Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology Electronic Document, Archive and Process Management System

With Documents Innova, the documentation and work flow processes in the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology moved to digital environment.

Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology (MSIT), which operates in 81 provinces along with its central and provincial organizations, physically monitors thousands of pages of documents created daily. The Ministry needed an Electronic Document and Archive Management System in order to prevent the loss of time occurring when sending documents to different provinces due to the related persons and to do their work quickly, safely and practically.

The project, which started with the analysis of the documentation and work flow processes of the MSIT, was completed after the analysis and design studies, in accordance with the TSE 13298 standards as well as the needs of the institution. The unit and organizational structure of the MSIT, user and user information and document flow processes were reflected in the application.
