An unprecedented initiative by Republic of Turkey Ministry of Health, consolidated all hospital appointments through a unified call center number, creating a new standard for the previous scattered services.
The Ministry of Health had a strategic objective to consolidate appointments for second and third tier hospitals. This initiative aimed to ensure better planning for hospitals, effective use of resources and higher service quality for citizens. The ministry’s choice for a solution provider for Centralized Hospital Appointment System (CHAS) has been Innova.
An unprecedented initiative to become a first-in-the-world practice, The Ministry of Health’s Centralized Hospital Appointment System was successfully developed by Innova through software, system and integration efforts. Scattered and dispersed prior to CHAS, the appointment services are now consolidated under the same roof.
