Innova shares have been acquired by Turk Telekom

Innova, Turkey’s leading IT solutions company, has been acquired on 1st August 2007 by Turk Telekom. Innova waS established in 1999 and the Anel Group had acquired some of Innova's shares in 2005. Türk Telekom and Innova signed an agreement for the acquisition at the end of June. After the official approval of The Competition Board of Turkey, the acquisition process of was completed.

Paul Doany, President and CEO of Turk Telekom said: “We had announced that Turk Telekom would make serious investments to IT industry in the coming three years. With Innova, we will be signing many new projects with the leading companies of the world and Turkey. Turk Telekom’s investments to the IT industry will continue in the future”

Rıdvan Çelikel, Head of Anel Group, pointed that “Innova’s goal is to be a regional giant in her field and will catch a faster growth under Turk Telekom management.”
