Within the framework of the agreement between STC (Saudi Telecom Company), the largest telecom operator of the Middle East, and Innova, STC subscribers gain points as they talk and can use this money as cash at the member shops over the POS infrastructure provided by Innova. Also, many innovative applications, including collection and payment and mobile payment or mobile money transfer that can be used thanks to the system. 

This system, the operation of which has been undertaken by Innova for STC’s 18 million subscribers, has already provided a service to over 500 thousand post-paid subscribers within a very short time. Full execution of this customer loyalty program, which is completely operated in an electronic environment in Saudi Arabia, is carried out by the Innova team thanks to the POS devices that are currently installed at 1200 points and that are planned to be expanded to 2400 points, while the technical support for the system is provided by the Istanbul and Ankara offices of Innova.
