1st Prize for our Artificial Intelligence in Operation Project from IDC

As İnnova, our “AI in Operations” project we developed for Türk Telekom, is awarded 1st place in IDC Artificial Intelligence Awards İnnovation Accelerator (Machine Learning) category.

The award was presented at the IDC Turkey Artificial Intelligence, Analytics and Robotic Process Automation Conference held on November 5th.

With the "Predictive Maintenance" application that we developed with our resources using open-source software and the latest technologies, network systems can be monitored in real-time, and the necessary interventions can be made in advance by detecting failures and service interruptions with machine learning using historical data before they happen.

The project that was carried through for Türk Telekom is a first of its kind in Turkey, aims to reduce investment and operational costs, minimize the revenue losses that may occur due to failures and increase customer satisfaction.
