CEO of İnnova
Huzeyfe Yılmaz was born in 1977 in Yeniçağa, Bolu. He graduated from Kocaeli University with a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and completed his master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Gazi University. During his postgraduate studies, he also received language training at Middle East Technical University.
Yılmaz began his professional career in 2001 as an engineer. Between 2005 and 2014, he served as the Technical Operations Manager and later as the Director of Infrastructure and Operations at TÜRKSAT A.Ş.
From 2014 to 2018, he worked at the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Turkey, first as the Head of the IT Department and later as a General Manager between 2017 and 2018. From 2018 to 2022, Yılmaz held the positions of CEO and Board Member at the IT and technology company TARNET A.Ş. In July 2022, he was appointed as Group President of Information Technologies by the decision of the Board of Directors.
By presidential decree, he served as Deputy Minister of Health responsible for Information Technologies at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey from June 2023 to September 2024.
Throughout his career, Yılmaz has led several prominent IT and technology projects, including e-Koop+ (ERP Automation System), Petek (Data Analysis and Visualization), Polen (AI Prediction System), ZİHA (Agricultural Unmanned Aerial Vehicle), ATS (Smart Tractor Systems), ATA (Smart Agriculture Workshops), TARPET (Fuel Automation System), TırCepte, ÇDP (Farmer Support Platform), Youth/Sports Database, Nusrat/Nusrat 2.0 (2015's Best Mobile Game), Farkındayız, KYK Digital Transformation Project (KYKnet), Digital Transformation in Sports Project (Dinamik), Analysis of Islamophobia in Games Project, DEAFLYMPICS 2017 Technology and IT Infrastructure, EYOF 2017 Technology and IT Infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence in Early Cancer Detection, and the DataHub Big Data Governance Platform.
During his tenure at the Ministry of Health, Yılmaz led initiatives in artificial intelligence in healthcare, big data analytics, cybersecurity, and innovative and personalized health technologies. He also established the "Artificial Intelligence and Innovative Technologies Department," a first in the public sector.
Since 2020, Yılmaz has been serving as a guest lecturer at Ankara Science University, teaching "Information Technologies." As of January 2025, he has taken on the role of CEO at Innova.
Fluent in English and Arabic, Yılmaz is married and has two children.

Deputy General Manager of Technology Operations
Emre Alıç, a graduate of Kocaeli University’s Computer Engineering department, has accumulated over 20 years of expertise in information technology and project management. Throughout his career, he has led more than 20 organizations in pioneering and efficient digital transformation initiatives, achieving significant success in the industry.
With extensive experience in technology companies and financial institutions, Alıç has played a key role in critical transformation projects. He has held strategic positions at prominent organizations, including Aksigorta, TOFAŞ, Türkiye Finans Participation Bank, Aktif Investment Bank, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK), the Ministry of Health, Çalık Energy, Ford Otosan, and Otokoç.
He holds COBIT, ITIL, and PMP certifications and was the founding director of the PMI Turkey Ankara Branch, contributing to industry-leading initiatives. Currently, he serves as the President of the Corporate Governance Association.
Recognized for his visionary leadership and strategic approach in the business world, Alıç is married, father of two children and fluent in English.

Deputy General Manager of Technology Solutions
Erkan Dilaveroğlu is a leader with a significant career in the technology and software fields. He completed his Bachelor's degree in Software and Information Engineering and his Master's degree in Software Engineering at the Vienna University of Technology. He also started his doctoral studies at the same university.
He began his career in 2003 as a software developer at the Austrian Institute of Technology and has worked in various positions during his tenure. After returning to Turkey, he initially ventured into entrepreneurship in the software sector and later took on senior management roles in both the public and private sectors. Notably, he served as CTO at Vadi Information Systems, Deputy General Manager of Technology and Board Member at TK Teknoloji A.Ş., Digital Transformation Department Head at the Türkiye Tarım Kredi Kooperatifleri and later as the Director of the Software Technologies Research Institute at TÜBİTAK BİLGEM, as well as a Board Member of TÜBİTAK BİLGEM.
Throughout his career, Erkan Dilaveroğlu has led critical projects in areas such as high-performance software systems, cloud computing, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and IoT. He has specialized in software architecture, large-scale system design, data analytics, and artificial intelligence. He has also played a leading role in the development of various software systems such as e-Transformation, Electronic Document Management Systems (EBYS), ERP, and payment systems. Erkan Dilaveroğlu has continued to play an active role in the sector with his vision in technology and innovation, contributing to several important committees and boards. These include serving as a member of the Corporate Resource Management Evaluation and Audit Commission of the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey, a member of the TÜBİTAK TEYDEB Advisory Board, and as the moderator of the Digital Agriculture Policies Report of the Presidency’s Science, Technology, and Innovation Policies Board.

Deputy General Manager of Sales and Commercial Operations
Adem Kaya graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Computer and Instructional Technologies Education and later completed his Master’s degree in Computer Engineering at Sakarya University.
He began his professional career in 2009 at Türksat as a Software and Systems Specialist. He subsequently led the CEO Office, Enterprise Applications, and IT Governance & Business Intelligence teams at AssisTT Guidance and Customer Services , a Türk Telekom Group subsidiary.
He served as Enterprise Solutions & Data Analytics Manager and Acting Director of Enterprise Applications at Borsa İstanbul and later held the position of Senior Manager of Data Solutions at Deka Teknoloji. Most recently, he worked as Director of Commercial Operations and Pricing at İnnova.
With nearly 15 years of professional experience, Kaya has undertaken various managerial roles in information technologies across leading public and private sector organizations. He has led initiatives in software development, digital transformation programs, IT service management, development of enterprise governance systems, data warehouse and big data infrastructure projects, and decision support systems, while also managing consulting teams. He has contributed to the design of commercial strategies and pricing models, and to the establishment of revenue and profitability-focused commercial decision frameworks.
