At İnnova Bilişim Çözümleri Anonim Şirketi ("İnnova"), we are committed to adhering to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("the Law"). We take all necessary measures to ensure compliance. As part of this commitment, we process your personal data in accordance with the Law, acting as the data controller. This Privacy Notice explains the purposes for processing data in the context of the İnnovatif Düş'ün application process, the categories of data, methods and legal reasons for data collection, to whom and for what purposes the data may be transferred, the duration of data processing, and your rights regarding your data. In accordance with this Notice, İnnova processes personal data such as names, surnames, and any data that identifies you in relation to the proposed project. The data shared with İnnova Bilişim Çözümleri as part of this application will not be transferred to any third parties. Under the Law, you may contact İnnova at any time to inquire about the following: whether your personal data is being processed; the purpose of the processing and whether it is in accordance with its purpose; the third parties to whom your data is transferred; request correction in case of incorrect or incomplete processing; request the deletion of personal data if the conditions are met and to have such actions notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred; object to outcomes against you arising solely from automated data analysis; claim damages due to unlawful processing; and request the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons necessitating their processing cease to exist.

You may submit your requests regarding these rights using the Data Subject Application Form, through a notary, or other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, or by sending it to İnnova@hs03.kep.tr with a secure electronic signature. Your request will be responded to as soon as possible, within a maximum of thirty (30) days, in accordance with the Law. However, if the process entails an additional cost, İnnova reserves the right to charge a fee based on the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board in accordance with the Law.
