This process includes setting short- and long-term goals for the idea originator/team, conducting a perspective exercise to gather various perspectives, aligning actors such as customers and key stakeholders with their objectives, and ultimately, formulating a solution. The solution is developed by analyzing how the problem is currently addressed, including identifying similar products or solutions.

Discussions during this phase revolve around how the data gathered in the evaluation process will be integrated into the idea. This ensures a high-level design for implementing the idea is completed before the prototyping stage. This phase involves not only design but also market-customer segmentations, extracting end-user product interaction steps with a focus on the customer experience, prioritizing requirements, and identifying relevant departments responsible for the interaction steps throughout the process.

A prototype is developed during this phase to connect the idea with users. By creating an initial product version, cost and time savings are achieved, allowing testing to occur in customer environments.

All steps taken throughout the idea management process are communicated to the upper management through meetings. These meetings include the idea originator, the General Manager, relevant Vice Presidents, and the Director of Research and Development. Based on the information shared, the upper management provides the idea originator with details regarding the investment decision for the idea.

The incubation options determined at the beginning of the process are put into action upon the investment decision. During this phase, efforts are made regarding patents, developing a minimum viable product, and submitting national/international incentive program applications. Announcements are made within the company regarding ideas that have received internal investment decisions, providing information to other employees about the successfully completed processes. This increases the idea originator's and the idea's visibility within the company.

The principles governing the sharing of intellectual property rights are determined based on the mutually agreed provisions within the program's framework, designed to protect the rights of both employees and our company.
