Let’s Meet Up

Every month, we organize casual meetings where our directors can meet face-to-face with new team members over tea, coffee, or lunch. During these gatherings, conversations often revolve around non-work-related topics, discussing hobbies and interests. The goal is to foster strong, active interpersonal relationships and maintain employee motivation concerning their connection with the company.

Better Together

Each month, we organize face-to-face meetings for colleagues from different teams within the same directorate to connect over tea, coffee, or lunch. These gatherings focus on non-work-related conversations and discussing hobbies and interests to foster strong, active interpersonal relationships. This approach also seeks to maintain high employee motivation and connection with the company.

Hi-Co

Through this program, we facilitate a one-month integration period for our new employees with an experienced colleague from the same team. This setup allows new team members to freely ask their Hi-Co mentors any questions and seek help whenever needed, ensuring a smooth transition and quick acclimation to their new roles.

Install Future

Our mentorship program is designed to enhance successful recent graduates' professional and personal skills, preparing them for the workforce. After applying, candidates who pass the General Aptitude Test undergo technical proficiency and HR interviews. Those who successfully complete the hackathon process are welcomed into the İnnova team.

Bootcamp

In our boot camps, participants receive training in Java, .Net, iOS, Android, and other programming languages. Current university students and recent graduates already equipped with technological training are eligible to apply. After an application review, technical tests, and interviews, successful candidates are admitted to an intensive 4–8-week training program.

Internship Opportunities

İnnova's Internship Program offers university students, particularly those in their 3rd and 4th years seeking mandatory internship experience, the opportunity to intern and potentially join the İnnova team after graduation. Internship applications are accepted annually during September and April, corresponding to the upcoming internship period. Following the evaluation process, accepted students undertake their internships during the periods specified by their universities.

Applicants are grouped according to their internship/department preferences. Suitable candidates are then interviewed before the internship, and those selected begin working in the designated departments on the predetermined dates.
