E-signature refers to electronic data created with a secure e-signature tool that is exclusively at the disposal of the signatory. E-signature ensures the signatory's identification based on a qualified electronic certificate and enables the determination of whether any subsequent changes have been made to the signed electronic data.
Documents created in Documents İnnova can be easily verified with an electronic/mobile signature component per the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 dated 15.01.2004. This way, documents in Documents İnnova can be verified quickly and securely, allowing business processes to continue uninterruptedly.
Documents İnnova's e-signature feature complies with the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK) e-signature applications checklist and various international standards.
