TTNET ggains faster reporting processes


Faster reporting enabled TTNET, Turkey's largest Internet provider, to plan IT strategies based on accurate data.

TTNET is an affiliate of Turk Telekom Group and Turkey’s largest Internet provider. As such, it operates one of the most advanced and increasingly complex IT operations in the country, a fact which led to the company’s decision to bring all of its systems under one roof as part of its Service Excellence programme. The HP IT Performance Suite (ITPS) formed the central part of this consolidation process, which also included the adoption of two new HP products designed to support IT operations and assist with the decision-making processes of TTNET’s senior management.

SHR and XS solutions helped the project to produce instant reports from any data relating to IT operations.

The resulting ‘Analytic Operations Reporting Project’ included all the company’s management tools and involved the end-to-end installation of HP’s Service Health Reporter (SHR) and HP Executive Scorecard (XS). TTNET IT Operations Director Abdullah Kafalıer underlined how the XS system made it simple for the operations team to present highly succinct summaries of key data: “Thanks to these reports senior management will have access to at-a-glance information to help them identify needs and make faster investment decisions.”
