Reduced postal costs
The Electronic Document, Archive and Process Management System, which was completed in 2011 and now available to 3000 users, produced 6.200.000 pages and 620.000 documents were scanned and included in the system as of June 2015.
With this system, the need to print out approximately 500,000 pages was eliminated as of June 2015. In addition, hundreds of documents made by the institution on a daily basis and sent to its own provincial organization via physical post incurred a huge postal cost, as well as a waste of time. With this project, this kind of additional expenses were prevented.
