SunExpress was searching for a solution to give its customers an easier check-in experience and avoid long queues. The airline wanted to allow customers to print their own boarding passes and to choose their own seat. All of this was achieved through the self-service kiosks designed by Kiosk Innova.

Kiosk Innova Solution
The kiosks were first used in Antalya and later installed at Istanbul’s second airport, Sabiha Gokcen, and helped to speed up check-in at both locations quite significantly. SunExpress passengers are now able to use the kiosks to check-in and print boarding passes by themselves, without having to wait in long queues.
Result
SunExpress kiosks have been entirely designed and produced at Innova’s production facilities and are fitted with two screens. Passengers use a 17 inch touchscreen to complete the check-in procedures, while a 19 inch LCD screen displays important announcements and advertising videos. In addition, there is also a telephone module fitted into the kiosks to allow passengers to easily call the company call centre.
