To increase your profits, you need a fast and flawless operation.
If your enterprise generates large numbers of invoices for services it provides, you need to
accelerate your payment collection process and open up alternative online collection
channels to facilitate payments. If your enterprise markets pre-paid services, you need to
enable your customers to purchase these services anywhere, anytime, using the most convenient
means of payment. Information technologies make it possible to reach these goals through
online payment collection infrastructures …

Innova's i-Collect Payment Collection solutions
integrate with your company's billing system and pre-payment infrastructure and communicate
with different payment channels to enable you to dramatically improve the payment collection
and pre-paid sales processes. i-Collect is the end result of the application and technology
expertise of our consulting and software teams, who possess deep industry know-how and years of
experience in electronic bill presentment and payment.
Online payment collection infrastructures increase the efficiency of your bill and
pre-paid payment collection processes and improve service quality. The Innova i-Collect
solution enables you to track your cash flow in real time, communicate effectively with
third parties which act as intermediaries for your payment collections and enable your
customers to make fast and secure payments via channels ranging from banks and post offices
to the Internet and kiosks.
With pre-paid services, it is particularly important that customers can re-charge the
pre-paid cards anywhere, anytime and in the amounts they require, and that the services
become usable as soon as they are purchased. The i-Collect solution not only contributes
to customer satisfaction, but also enables you to track pre-paid payments in real time and
from a single point.
There are two versions of i-Collect, one for enterprises which sell post-paid or pre-paid
services, and the other for collection service providers:

The Enterprise Version enables enterprises to handle
payment collections online at their own tellers and alternative channels such as banks, the
Internet, post offices, resellers, POS terminals, kiosks, etc. The components of the system are
the Transaction Engine, Management and User Interfaces, and Collection Channel Interfaces: |
|
| |
| |
 |
|
|
| |
|
This is the basic component where all invoice query,
collection or pre-payment transactions are processed securely in real time. The Transaction
Engine has a scalable architecture designed to meet the needs of entreprises of various sizes,
including those with many millions of subscribers. It ensures the easy handling of a wide range
of operations from subscriber information query and current payments to threshold recharge and
payment orders. |
|
| |
|
| |
 |
|
| |
|
This component includes the necessary tools and screens to manage, monitor
and maintain the application. Through the management screens, many operations can be conducted
ranging from enterprise identification and authorization to parameter alteration, reference code
entry, and fault and warning message monitoring. The user interface, on the other hand, provides
various utilities for modifying bill status and amounts, adding and authorizing new subscribers,
defining instalments. These interfaces also include rich reporting facilities. |
|
| |
| |
 |
|
| |
|
i-Collect includes ready-to-use interfaces to enable
quick implementation of new payment channels. Bank interfaces are provided to enable the
solution to communicate with banks' hosts; an Internet interface to communicate with web-based
applications; mobile access interfaces to communicate with SMS-, MMS- and WAP-based
applications; and an enterprise teller interface to communicate with the organization's
own tellers. |
|
| |
| |
|
|
| |
|
i-Collect can act as a shared service to meet the
collection needs of multiple enterprises via a central system. An extension of this model is
to offer the payment services over the Internet as an EBPP portal. The portal connects to the
central bill payment and collection infrastructure of the service provider and to the payment
facilities of banks to enbale users to manage all their bill payment needs over the Internet,
and includes functions such as registration, approval and personal profiles. |

The Innova i-Collect solution provides an environment
where up-to-date billing information is delivered reliably from a single point, via a single
interface, through different channels, under complete control of the biller. In this environment,
payments are collected from different channels, on an online and real-time basis, and are reflected in
real time to internal processes. Duplicate payments are ruled out, and reconciliation is automatic. |
